I hold bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Social Work and have over 15 years of experience evolving my psychotherapy practice through an integrative approach that blends ancient wisdom with modern science. I specialize in trauma-informed care, psychedelic-assisted therapy, somatic healing, constellation work, transpersonal psychology, and energy work. My training includes EMDR, somatic trauma therapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), MDMA therapy through MAPS, mindfulness-based therapies, nature-based interventions, EFT, yoga, rebirthing, and nutritional coaching.

I have studied in Mexico and Colombia and am currently pursuing my PhD in Ecstatic Mysticism, deepening my work with indigenous wisdom and the mysteries of life. My immersions in medicine traditions have profoundly shaped my ceremonial work, where I facilitate divine healing through the wisdom of nature and wisdom traditions. I lead transformative ceremonies, retreats, and group sessions, creating sacred spaces for profound shifts in consciousness.

As an author, I wrote Your Empowered Soul: A Natural Pathway to Healing Anxiety and Depression. I was also the co-host of the acclaimed podcast, Be the Love: To Awaken Our Souls, for four years, inspiring listeners to embrace their spiritual journeys.

In my free time, I embody my own teachings by hiking, biking, dancing, traveling, and connecting with my family. Through my work, I continue to anchor cosmic energy, earth wisdom, and unconditional love into the fabric of humanity.
